DAMAGES AND ISSUES

To ensure you receive the item you want, we recommend returning the item you have and placing a new order once the return is accepted.

For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification. REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
